They have been aiming to develop an app which will act as a vital link between end-users and their various pharmaceutical requirements. They want to offer their users the privilege to book appointments with doctors near them, schedule high-end surgeries, order medical tests such as blood tests, radiology, genetic testing, etc. 

Challenges

As we assessed the health care app there were certain intricate challenges that we were immediately able to identify. They are:

  • Complex issues related to the integration of services in the app. Data synchronization, booking of appointments, placing pharmacy orders or lab appointments, all of these services were quite challenging to integrate into the app seamlessly.
